SHINGLES ROOF REPLACEMENT, Timberline HD

This project entailed a complete roof replacement using Timberline HD shingles. The goal was to improve the roof’s durability and aesthetics while preparing it for future solar system installations.

Installation Process

1. Timberline HD Shingle Installation: Timberline HD shingles were installed. These shingles are known for their durability and high-definition appearance, providing a long-lasting and attractive finish. Each shingle was carefully aligned and secured to ensure maximum weather protection.
2. Setting Up TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin): The installation began with setting up the TPO roofing system. TPO is selected for its excellent weather resistance and energy efficiency, forming a strong, durable base layer.
3. ISO Board Insulation: Next, ISO board insulation was installed to enhance thermal efficiency. The ISO boards were precisely cut and fitted to create a seamless insulation layer, reducing energy costs and improving indoor comfort.
4. Section Integration with TPO & Electrical Holder Setup for Solar Systems: The final phase involved integrating the roof sections with the TPO system and setting up electrical holders for future solar installations. This step ensures the roof is ready to support solar panels, promoting a smooth transition to renewable energy.
